Evans Unique Support Services serves the elderly and persons with disabilities with access to social services and provides support and training to caregivers in healthcare and mental health services through recruiting, training, and staffing in various facilities. We also provide non-emergency transportation to individuals, especially those affected by intellectual and developmental disabilities and Alzheimer's dementia disease.

As an organization, our first mission is to support caregivers in support groups to talk about their experiences and feelings, and challenges in caring for the elderly, share stories of caregiving successes learn about the dementia disease process, provide tips on caregiving skills and stress management, and to connected caregivers to helpful local resources. In addition, we offer course training to direct care employees who provide services to the community of persons affected by intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
